| Managed the technical aspects of the spin-off of a private-client, asset management firm. The engagement spanned the full spectrum of activities, including: the management of multiple vendors, creation of budgets, requirements definition, strategy, systems' design and implementation. Technical areas included the installation of Data Center hardware; the LAN, WAN, and Web infrastructures, phone system, applications, and services. |
